Talking about the New Year Resolution, the new diet, new gym membership, new yoga classes- Every time you embarked on those, chances are you were highly motivated and felt energetic.
You were no longer snoozing the alarm, you were okay to let go of your favourite snacks, you felt great to be working out in the gym!
Then what happened? For how long did you continue that diet? Did you achieve the results you were hoping for? Why did you stop?
To be fair, you may have felt weary and just wanted to have 1 cheat meal, 1 cheat day. You were comfortable snuggling up that warm blanket instead of striving to go to the gym. Is everything lost? Not quite!
If comfort be the reason for your journey, then you may as well make it an integral part of your pathway. This is what we call routine and getting into the habit!
